REGISTER AND PRIVACY STATEMENT

This is a combined Register Description and Information Document in accordance with Sections 10 and 24 of the Personal Data Act (523/1999) and Articles 12 and 13 of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (679/2016). The customer register is the property of Drop Design Pool Oy and will not be passed on to third parties. All customer information is confidential. Drop Design Pool Oy collects personal information in connection with the order, when participating in possible competitions or when the user otherwise sends our personal information to our company, for example in the form of feedback. The personal information provided by the user is collected and stored in Drop Design Pool Oy’s customer register. This privacy statement explains what information is collected and what it is used for.

Name of the register

Drop Design Pool Oy’s customer register. The register consists of several sub-registers.

The information in the register is used for Drop Design Pool Oy’s own direct marketing, if the customer has not prohibited direct marketing. Drop Design Pool Oy may use this and other information generated during the customer relationship to develop its operations, plan and target its product offering.

 

Information content of the register

As a rule, the customer register contains the customer’s contact information and information enabling ordering: Name, potential company, country, address, telephone number, e-mail address and other possible customer-specific information. In addition, the customer register contains information on customer orders, deliveries and returns. The information is used to communicate, manage customer relationships and target marketing.

 

Regular sources of information

The customer register contains information provided by the customer and the Historical Information accumulated during the customer relationship. Drop Design Pool Oy collects personal information in connection with the order, when participating in possible competitions or when the user otherwise sends our personal information to our company, for example in the form of feedback.

 

Privacy policy

The register is located in the company’s electronic system. The system is protected by normal corporate measures using existing methods. The contents of the register are processed only by employees whose duties require it. The use of the register is protected by user-specific IDs and passwords.

Our website is protected by an SSL certificate, which makes it safe to provide contact information. Checkout Finland is responsible for online banking payments and they are responsible for the hedging during the payment transaction.

 

Data transfers

The information will not be disclosed for marketing purposes outside Drop Design Pool Oy. The data can be selectively transferred registrar commissioned by a third party (service providers and partners) the use of, for example, regarding the delivery of the order. Ownership of the data shall not be transferred from the controller to a third party and the third party shall not have the right to use the data beyond the scope of the assignment.

Customer register data is not transmitted or provided outside the EU and the euro area. Some of the above service providers may back up data outside the EU / EEA to the United States.

 

Right of inspection and updating of information

You have the right to verify the personal information we hold about you. If you find inaccuracies or omissions in your information, you can ask us to correct or complete the information. To verify information about you, requests for verification must be sent to the contact person in writing.

You have the right at any time to prohibit us from using your information for direct marketing. We will never sell or otherwise disclose your personal information to others so that they may target direct marketing to you. You can unsubscribe from our email marketing list yourself via the exit link in each marketing email we send you.

If you feel that the processing of some information about you is not necessary for our tasks, you have the right to ask us to delete that information. We will process your request, after which we will either delete your information or provide you with a valid reason why the information cannot be deleted.
